I decided to gently reset my relationship with my phone — and today, I’m sharing a 7-Day Screen Detox Challenge you can try too!It’s simple, sustainable, and (most importantly) kind to yourself. 💖

📅 Day 1: Awareness Is the First Step

Today, you don’t need to change anything.Just track your phone usage using a built-in tracker or an app like Stay Focused.Notice:

  • Which apps pull you in the most?

  • When do you reach for your phone without thinking?

No guilt. Just pure, gentle awareness.



📅 Day 2: Create Two No-Phone Zones

Pick two parts of your day or spaces where your phone is simply not allowed. For example:

  • No phone during meals.

  • No phone in the bedroom after 9 PM.

Making your phone "inconvenient" during key moments can make a huge difference!
